    Baadi is porridge made from Buckwheat flour/ kwada ka ata / Choon or mandua ka atta.  Baadi is often served with gahat ki dal or Phaanu.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups Kwada ka Aata/buckwheat flour
    • 2 tablespoons ghee
    • Water as required.

    Instructions

    1. Heat water in pan(earthern pot). Bring to boil.
    2. Gradually add Kwada flour. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
    3. Sprinkle cumin seed powder and salt.
    4. Serve baadi with ghee and phaanu.
